Regarding payment, generally we don't ask for a breakage/damage deposit, as we trust our customers, but we have few rules to guarantee an excellent service:
- CHECK IN: 14.30-15.30
- CHECK OUT: 9.00-11.00
When booking we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer. The outstanding amount is to be paid on arrival. During holiday periods and high season (April-September and the main national holidays) we require 50%.
For bookings cancelled up to 15 days before arrival, the whole amount paid will be reimbursed.
For bookings cancelled up to 7 days before arrival, 50% of the deposit paid will be reimbursed.
If you have to cancel with less than 7 days notice we won’t be able to reimburse any payment.
